Official Denial From Insurance

Okay, I need some help.

Here is what my 2nd denial letter says:

Medical policy allows benefits for conditions that are the result of an

accident or illness. The records received on your behalf do not support

the presence of an illness or life threatening condition that would be

alleviated by the proposed surgery. Therefore, the gastric bypass surgery

would not be considered a medical necessity.

So what do I do now?
