Hey, Dr. R!!! If you are around can you please answer the deposit question? How

much and who must pay it? I have Prudential which on my side of the benefit

question is very good. I have surgery date and am just now getting approved but

am dreading trying to find a way to pay $3,000. plus all the travel and hotel
