You can use the yogurt dripped or plain in the cheesecake recipe on page 130 of BTVC tenth edition, right from the start. Sure use the dripped " cream cheese " version but increase it gradually. I realize you have been semi SCD for a few months but why not do it right for best results? > > Carol F.
