thanks so much for sharing your info. Thankfully, I am not yet to the point

of having severe malnutrition but I was to the point that the doctors were

becoming concerned about my nutritional status again. Nutrition is a

problem even with mild cp - if there is such a think as mild cp! It sure

doesn't feel mild to me! Anyway, the soy milk is a great suggestion. I

drink it quite often and find I can tolerate it at times that I can't

tolerate much else. The two brands that I like are Silk and 8th Continent.

I buy the chocolate, but the vanilla is okay, too. I truly love the

chocolate. Costco has chocolate Silk in the little juice box type boxes

that do not have to be kept in the fridge. I keep a few in the fridge and

the rest in the garage. They are wonderful for taking on trips or just to

grab when on the go. I had been doing okay with food for several days but

then I think I overdid it and had an attack on Saturday afternoon. Since

then, I haven't had much to eat at all. The little I've tried to eat just

doesn't sit well. I just finished a Dannon Light 'n Fit Smoothie. It is

wonderful and it is something that sometimes will do well when other things

just don't agree with my stomach. My fav flavor is Peach Passion Fruit. A

7 oz drink has 80 calories, 0 fat, 15 g carb, 5 g protein. I know 5 grams

isn't a lot of protein, but when your getting none, I figure every gram

counts! I have tried other brands of yogurt smoothies and all other than

Dannon are gross in my opinion. The little bitty danimals yogurt drinks for

kids are also really yummy. I don't have any now so I can't give the

nutritional info on them.. Even my nephew loves them. Neither one of these

are cheap but when you're unable to get nutrition I figure that the cost

does not matter if it is something you can tolerate. I know there are many

here that the cost is a big issue. I wonder if there are organizations that

could help with the cost of expensive nutritional supplements.

Anyway, thanks for sharing the info on what worked for you.
