Guest guest Posted July 15, 2006 Report Share Posted July 15, 2006 Hi all, Just bought a yougart maker from Lucy's kitchen and have been trying to make it using goat milk, followed all the instructions but I didn't get the consistency, even after I left in there for 8 more hours just to see, any suggestions? You can follow the directions for dripping it.... which are in BTVC, listed in the recipes section as " cream cheese " ... same section as her instructions for yogurt and baby formula.
