Guest guest
Dear list mates and moderators, On page 62 Elaine says that we can occasionaly have low calorie diet chewing gum or candy if it contains soribitol and Xlitol. Also saying that excessive use of these products can cause diarrhea and bloating (ie fermentaion!) Does anyone know what kind this would be? Because I have been looking around and all of them that are sweetened in this way. So far all have added starch and xanthan gum and God knows what else, which would make it illegal. OTHERWISE, Does anyone have a recipe for gum? Can't find one. THANK YOU, Antoinette posting QUESTION for son -4 (celiac/adhd/PAST rages/tantrums) SCD 2/
