Guest guest
hi, im new to this group and i really wanted some answers from real people about plagiocephaly...i believe my son has this and i think he has tort- (the tightness of the neck) he always wants to look to the left....he is 9 weeks old and i have started to turn his neck and things, i have started laying him on his side and at night i dont let him lay on the flat spot at all! im wondering if it is severe or not, he does have a flat spot ont he side and i think his ears arent aligned properly, even though i am the only one who has noticed. he does have an appointment with his pediatrician but its not until next friday and im going crazy thinking about this! so my questions are, how do you know if it is severe? and if it is caught early enough, can you just do the repositional thereapy? TELL ME YOUR STORIES! did your child have severe plagiocephaly, and did repositioning work,or did you need an helmet? and how early did you catch it? is 9 weeks too late to reposition? thanks guys, i know this is alot to read but i have so many questions i wanted to hear from real people going through this...
