Guest guest
I have made my first batch of yogurt using raw goat milk. As expected, it is a bit on the tart side and a bit watery. Questions: Should I drip the yogurt so it is less runny (or is that only done as a personal preference or to make the cream cheese)? Is it more or less effective if dripped and water discarded? Assuming my son tolerates it as is (he had no problem w/ his first small bite yesterday -- started looking around the kitchen for more), should I hold off on adding honey or fruit? I'm thinking it would be more effective in killing bad gut bugs w/o fruit or honey.
