Hey there...Melody,

My name is Peg, I am mom to Brandan who is now 17 but has suffered with

" PAINCREATITIS " as I call it for many years. He also was diagnosed with

Idopathic Chronic Pancreatitis with pancreas divisum. He had his pancreas

removed a

year ago and his islets from his pancreas were injected into his liver so

that he is not a diabetic. He certainly has more good days than bad and

continues to do well. I would be happy to talk with you and answer any

questions you

I dont miss your post. Things here can be pretty hectic at times and

sometimes it takes me a bit to answer. But I will do the best I can. Brandan

isnt

online very often but I will see if perhaps he and another girl that is

in the group that is your age would like to get together some night for a chat?

I talk with and her family often and I would be happy to introduce

you to her. Although saddened at why we have all come together, here one knows

they truly are not alone, for we do understand. I look forward to hearing
