But she had good eye contact with them. They where pleased with this. At this time they are only going to pursue the speech therapy and PECS system training at this time, utilizing home therapy, in hopes that she will not shut down with strangers. > > She starts tomorrow. They wanted her to heal first before they start OT or PT. Her doctored thought the hypotonia (low muscle tone) and slow reflexes was from the deficiencies, and didn't think it was neurological. She has mild rickets too. It doctors hope, that she will " heal " out of it, once her body gets the nutrients it needs, now that the SCDiet is healing her intestines, so that she can absorb her food. It is our hope that she will not need much else other than speech. Now that she is doing better, she is becoming more active on her own.
