I have belonged to internet Health Groups for six years now, many

groups.

Never, not ever, have I seen such a wealth of archived material as is

available here. It supports SCD, BTVC and the autism requirements

beautifully and explains how we can address what other diets claim to

do within our own practices.

We have had a surplus of useless dialogue in the past few days which I

helped to provoke and promote for which I apologize as some have said

they are off because there is too much to read.

If you can make time to read the various links, files, FAQs and

databases over time it will assure you that the support you are being

given is based on solid science and not romantic fluff.

Jody and Mimi in particular have devoted many hours sorting, arranging

and mounting this material and personally I find it amazing even if not

as simple to absorb at first reading as BTVC.

This will be of great interest to those who challenge us with tough

questions and demand real answers. In my opinion it validates the

authenticity of the SCD and the science it is based upon with great

impact.

Read, Read, Read--Cook, Cook, Cook. Read while your chicken soup is

cooking your yogurt fermenting, your clothes dryer is spinning and your

kids are napping!

God Bless you Carol. This is what I try to do. Read, read, read, cook, cook,

cook, yet add, dirty diaper change, diaper, diaper change..........and to think

that I was going to go back to work? Getting sick again, having two sick babies

five months a part (celiac, autism, hyperekplexia) and a celiac/ADHD, five year

old, and now healing my family....has been more work that I could ever imagine!

I have read somewhere that many mothers of autistic and high needs kids, have to

quit their jobs. I now know why, and truly LOOK UP TO THOSE who do both!

WE all need to hang on to one another and continue to give each other hope and

support! Pecan Bread has been a God send to our families isolation. Neighbors,

do not understand, nor want to hear about it.

God Bless, Antoinette and family of five (SCD 2/06 celiac, add, adhd, autism and

more)
