Guest guest
Just in time for hot summer weather, I'm reposting this recipe that was sent to the list a couple of years ago. This is for those who can tolerate peanut butter... otherwise, you might try some other nut butter. Patti ----- Original Message ----- On a recent vacation, I tasted peanut ice-cream. For me it was the first time. Maybe others are familiar with it. Of course it was full of illegals I am sure, but gave me the idea to try when I got home. The quantities are estimated as I just put things together without much measuring, I'll try measuring next time if someone needs it. But I believe it is about the following: 1/2 cup Peanut butter 3/4 cup Hazelnut milk 1 oz of Honey Mix all in a blender, freeze in small Popsicle molds. It is delicious. It has a creamer consistency. Kind of ice-cream on a stick. My son loved it......
