Does any of ya'll with cp work out in a gym with weights? I used to

and thought about going back but not sure how it will effect the

panc and they aren't cheap.

Has anybody ever used herbal or organic pancreatic enzyme

supplements? I truly detest the chemicals in my body. I had tried

creon, but it made me vomit even more, and I was vomiting blood

which scared me terribly. In retrospect, I dont think it was any

more then esophageal trauma from the reflux and vomiting, but it was

enough to turn the toilet water red and that was scarry. so I

stopped them immediately. I did find out later that the doc had

told me wrong how to take them. Supposed to be only taken with

food; he had said to take them regardless.

Does anybody else get scarred to eat? I dont vomit much anymore,

but I do suffer with nausea, pain and steattorrhea. I get hungry

but am sometimes so cautious to eat that my throat almost feels like

it is closing up and I have difficulty swallowing. I cooked a

wonderful and healthy dinner last night for my family, first time in

over a week; but I could hardly chew it much less swallow. I know

that pain is a major deterrent to eating, but I am surprised by the

physiological effect that the fear of pain has had on me. Does that

happen to anybody else?

Is anybody else still working?

I dont know if anybody has the answers to these, but if you do I

would appreciate any and all responses.

Warmly,
