Guest guest Posted June 14, 2006 Report Share Posted June 14, 2006 I am so stressed out. I just don't know how to make this diet healthy in so many ways--lack of calories for example. I also just don't get iron. I know more than ever that iron supplements are bad for my boys. But I don't know what to do to get iron in them. I read kids need 7 mg. of iron a day--getting that through diet alone seems impossible. Am I missing something??
