After reading your breakfast, Carol, my mouth is watering for the pears and bleu cheese with honey!!! I am now doing 100% SCD and my kitchen is like scd central. I actually believe my husband is starting to like this way of eating. He ate spaghetti squash with the ground beef and loved it. I am trying to take it slow. I was relatively low on sugar intake before the infection hit me in January... so believe it or not the grape juice packs a real sugar punch for me.
