Better a long one than an incomplete one. :-) I will definitely be cooking his fruits and veggies for a couple of months, and I promise to go slow with the nut muffins. I hadn't planned on using nut flour for a while, so that's no problem. But to be able to use some nut butters would be really good, as they have the much needed fat. I'm just so concerned about him being really hungry and not being able to satisfy him. I guess I'll cross that bridge when (if!) I come to it.
