But I have a question, I got a postcard today from the vest saying that since our claim had been approved we could inquire about the newer, smaller but apparantly with some flaws model of the vest. The customer service lady, always so nice, informed me not to do this, that and the other, of which I do not remember but I have to call so they can tell me what not to do so it works properly. Now, while she is telling me all this, incredible nice people they have, I am thinking do I really want to exchange my machine that works like a clock. She did tell me that their software people are working on the bug, you know not only I have to worry about bugs that my children may catch but also the new, improved vest has a bug, will they ever go away. Do any of you out there have the new, improved vest, if you do, how do you like it? What about this bug that it has? Apparently if something is done then the meter thing won't work properly, but I am assuming that other than that, it is the cadillac.
