Guest guest
I'll be having open, sorry I thought I mentioned that. I've had 3 c- sections and with the last one bounced right back and was cleaning house the day I got home. Just wasn't sure if I'd bounce back that quick, since there's not going to be that " baby high " LOL. > Did you feel you needed help after the surgery? Guest guest
Hi! This is my first post. I ordered the book yesterday and can't wait to get started. My two boys have been battling food allergies for almost two years and they keep getting worse. We just recently starting seeing signs of improvement. It looks like we might be pretty close to the SCD diet since my boys are allergic to almost all fruits, legumes, dairy, grains. Anyway, I'm hoping to help eliminate a lot of their food allergies with this diet. They are both already taking nystatin to handle yeast problems but I was wondering if anyone can give me an idea of how long it will take to see results? Also, will we be able to eliminate their IGG food sensitivities? -Jill
Guest guest
Some people see results right away. For others, results take longer. Dr Haas and Elaine wrote that behavioral changes occur before digestive changes. One of the most important factors is how strict you are with the diet. Read the book and website very carefully.
