It would be too soon for coconut itself... much too fibrous... but the homemade coconut milk should be fine for using as a base for smoothies. Patti Coconut Milk We are somewhere between Stage 1 and 2 with the diet. When can we add coconut milk? I'm looking to make banana smoothies.
