Based on some e-mail comments someone found from Elaine after the book was

published, that was posted here to the list a couple of weeks ago, I understand

it to be okay to introduce now.

It would be too soon for coconut itself... much too fibrous... but the homemade

coconut milk should be fine for using as a base for smoothies.

We are somewhere between Stage 1 and 2 with the diet. When can we add

coconut milk? I'm looking to make banana smoothies.
