Hi Friends,

Well, since a number of you have emailed me privately to ask about my plight

(love you guys) thought I'd give an update. Still bloated and miserable.

Was hoping to let nature take its course, as OTC meds can make things even

worse, but decided to go ahead and take the Colase this AM. Am now waiting

for the big explosion. LOL It will be a weekend close to home! (Which is

good cuz' I need to clean my house!)

On a lighter note, (pun intended)--I had my staples out yesterday and lost 10

pounds. At first I was shocked, because everything I've consumed for over a

week is still with me, but than I realized that it's all water-- water that

my bowels NEED, thank you very much! LOL

Oh well, I promise to post Chris' and my stories after I get some relief

here!! lol
