Guest guest
Suz: I was told after they took my gall bladder out that there needn't be much change in my diet. I think they might have said something about fatty foods should be avoided for a while. But a few people that I know who had their gall bladder removed went on to live a normal life and eat like nothing ever happened. Are you on any pain medication that could be affecting your bowel movements? If not, maybe you have already cut down on the fat causing things to slow up, need to grease the wheels if you know what I mean. How about trying some Senna, which is a natural softener/laxative. That's about all I know. I'm glad you are feeling well. You'll be there for your graduation! Where is Hood College? What is your degree in? Have a great weekend, and enjoy your health! I never knew the importance of it...until now! Sometimes you just don't appreciate something until it's gone! Robin R.
