Sandy,

Normally this would probably be considered OT but a lot of our little people

here do react

to chlorine, fumes etc. so I'll share my experience. On my MCS list many people

don't cite

dietary issues. (When they do I mention SCD).

In my case my immune system took a major blow six years ago along with my

digestive

system and there were several valid reasons, age, illness, over medication etc.)

At the

same time I discovered SCD I learned " avoidance " was my ally. I went on the

prowl for

natural materials, compounded meds and as few as possible, I found products that

were

friendly and the rest was removed from my life. I also did yoga as relaxation

and deep

breathing strengthens the immune sytem.

I have recovered my ability to reintroduce some of the things I could not

tolerate but still

try not to overload my immune system. I have made one of the best recoveries

among

those on my Canadian support gtoup of several hundred but can't take all the

credit.

No one knows better than members of Pecanbread that like the slogan on Canadian

Neilson Assorted chocolates, " Each Piece Different! "
