Guest guest
Glenda, Nordic swimming, as a name , is a joke, but many many people, mostly women, do swim in ”a swimming pool” sawed in ice (lake or see). Some of them may do it almost every day and some of them do it without sauna. Usually there´s a possibility to go to a hot sauna. (As I´ve told several times before, we have a sauna in almost every house and flat plus sommer houses with a sauna. Sauna is the only international word of Finnish origin.) I haven´t ever tried “Nordic swimming” – not only for my trach.. If anyone is coming to Finland in Winter, it´s easy to arrange “Nordic swimming”. Terveisin, Arto Arto I hope you are joking about the Nordic swim. I would be hurting for certain. Glad you are able to get out and about and have so much fun. Doesn't sound like exercise that way! Lots of love
