Guest guest
I know how you feel about work, sometimes its all I can do to get home. I have 3 kids too and I know they are loosing patience with me and the youngest doesn't understand at all. I have decided to take it easy today and have a " fun day " tomorrow. I have also noticed that anything strenous, that tires me, makes the pain worse. Thats why I was thinking about lifting weights, they dont have to be heavy, you just need to be consistent. I am still having trouble with just getting about normally without having pain but I was thinking if I could get stronger it would help. I have not told the doc about the fear of eating. That is a rather new phenominom for me. I am still a bit on the heavy side, by todays standards at any rate..*S*. I do ok in the morning with fruit and low fat but as the day progresses and the pain worsenes I find it physically difficult to eat. Which is very odd to me. I dont know if I will tell my doc or not, I dont think he will really care; even if he did believe me. What kind of work are you in? Thanks for the input, I truly appreciate it. We always have a snowless winter...lol. but boy is it cold!!!!
