If anyone is doing yogurt from raw organic milk, can you please share

how do you prepare it and what is the consistency and flavor that you

get. Thanks in advance.

I have made SCD yogurt from raw, organic goat milk. The process is exactly the

same... you need to follow the same instructions... heat the milk to 180 degrees

F, then cool it, add starter and ferment for 24 hrs. The raw milk that I started

with definitely gave a much better tasting, thicker goat yogurt that the

store-bought Meyenberg milk.
