Guest guest Posted August 9, 2006 Report Share Posted August 9, 2006 , I have made SCD yogurt from raw, organic goat milk. The process is exactly the same... you need to follow the same instructions... heat the milk to 180 degrees F, then cool it, add starter and ferment for 24 hrs. The raw milk that I started with definitely gave a much better tasting, thicker goat yogurt that the store-bought Meyenberg milk.
