Guest guest Posted July 28, 2006 Report Share Posted July 28, 2006 I find that the days I drink more grape juice and scd grape gelatin, I am far hungrier and experience that " low blood sugar " feeling. A small " juice glass " in the morning, and a little gelatin as a dessert after dinner (since the protein in the meal seems to buffer it) gives me a calmer, less " starving " type of day. I'm not jumping out of my skin counting the seconds until dinner is ready! Take care all.
