The next to the last sentence has me confused: " Remove skin from chicken parts and return to broth. " What is being returned to the broth? My initial read and my husband's was to remove skin and return parts to broth. But then there will be bones in our broth. I don't really see skin. There is flesh/meat. Do I remove the meat and put it into the broth, discarding the bones? (sorry if this sounds really stupid----excuse it to me having been a vegetarian for 18 years until a month ago.)
