Rosemary,

Yeah, I'm sure it didn't help to take that much Carafate. Must have

a strong stomach to tolerate it as well as I did! Let's start racing

to that finish line. Why are you so sleepy today, did I rub off on

you! What do you mean the potatoes threw you for a loop - please

give me all the gory details. We are each other's guinea pigs!

It's okay to go all day without eating, but, remember to drink,

drink, drink! You don't want to get dry.

You're so lucky you didn't get the yeast fun to go with this!

Tomorrow I'm branching out to try new foods. It'll be 2 weeks

tomorrow. We made it!!!
