Kristi,I sent my form in last week & Dr.R sent me a copy of his Ins. letter to me

by E-mail within 1 or 2 days. I assumed that he had sent a copy to my ins.,but

today I received an E-mail from the Doc stating that they were piled up with

work & for me to send the letter to my ins. myself. That's fine with me if it

takes some work & time off their hands. But I too thought that it had already

been sent. Now it's just going to take more time doing it myself. I'm going to

try to get it faxed to my ins. & also send one snail-mail certified.Good luck

with your ins. Mine is Partners of NC.Thay claim exclusion, but I'm going to give

it a shot anyway. If it doesn't work,I'm switching to BCBS in Nov. RED

Same here - I just faxed and sent my Dr. letter to BCBS-Wisconsin

this

morning. I don't mind doing the leg work myself. At least that way I

know what's been done, and what hasn't been done.
