Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I heard from my doctor bright and early=7am that gall stones were seen on my MRCP and that he thinks that pancreatitis is due to the stones blocking the common duct. So, I meet with a good surgeon on friday for pre-op and will have surgery next week (TBA). I guess he saw several small ones and that would definately explain pain and nausea for the last couple of weeks. I really hope that removal of gallbladder works and that I do not have recurrent attacks...the last few weeks have really been trying on my health. Have others found Gall surgery to stop recurrent Pancreatic attacks?- tom
