Guest guest
Donna, I'm glad that you have found a new doctor and I hope that every thing goes well with the new doctor. As for your hip, I certainly hope they find out what is happening with that. I have similar problems though I have a great deal of pain when they give out and it's because I have bursitis in both my hips (the bursa sack in the joint inflames). IF that's what you have, most of the time bursitis is treatable with physical therapy (mine is chronic as it's due to a muscle being incorrectly attached to the bone in both thight, though the therapy helps keep the pain under control most of the time). I'll certainly send my prayers that they get to the bottom of what's causing your hip problems. Unfortunately, a lot of us have to travel to get good doctor care because pancreatitis is not a common problem there that there just isn't enough doctors who specialize in it or understand it very well. I don't blame you for leaving your old doctor, I know it would hurt me and anger me if I had a doctor call me a drug seeker when I have this horrible illness.
