Can SCDers have the skin on the almonds?

My DH brought home a bag of almond flour from Shiloh Farms that was

ground before removing the skins from the almonds. Can the kids still

have it?

According to the guidelines yes, according to Summer, be guided by the

reaction and progress of your kids. Don't give them a lot of baked

stuff. Elaine mentions not exceeding four muffins a day on page 64 of

BTVC, edition 10 first paragraph.
