Guest guest
Good Morning Dear Friends, Just getting back to normal, and I use that term loosely, after two days of stomach flu. NOT FUN! No harm done and one benefit....I lost 10 lbs in two days. I doubt it was worth it however. I have a question. I think most of you know that my ears are a mess. Since my third Remicade last month, I have not had much of a problem, and nothing I would term a flare. However, there is one spot (where I have had multiple lesions) that is now just hyperpigmented and almost continually sloughing off skin. It is not bleeding, or sore at all though. I don't understand this. Has anyone had anything like this? I had to cancel my rheumy appt as it was on one of the days that I was too sick to raise my head, and I can't get in to see him until April 1st now. I could call about this, but wanted to hear the collective wisdom of the group first. Thanks, Sharon ===== __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Good Morning Sharon, I have the same thing accross the top of my right ear. It is always painful to the touch and sloughs off dead skin. I was told the ear has permanent damage. One Rheumy told me to use Zinc oinment on the skin to protect it but that did not work, so I just live with it. Sandy I have a question. I think most of you know that myears are a mess.
