Sometimes I just hate his guts. Dear Chrissy, I'm glad the peg tube isn't hurting you as much. It was just adding to the pain you already have. I had a doc that was the way you describe . I also had one that was happy- go -lucky. He was in Atlanta & was absolutely the best GI doc I had. He was caring, but very easy going. I think some docs just don't have a clue. They deal with this stuff daily so they harden to it. At least that's what I think. A horrible as it is for you to be going through this, as a nurse, I know you'll never be like that...losing the compassion which is just as important as the treatment. Hopefully you cn get things figured out & on the move so you can get back to doing what you love so much.
