Recipes w/o Nut Flour

Hi all, I'm looking for scd recipes for things like pancakes, cookies, muffins,

or breads that don't use nut flour (or bananas) if there are any. I am

dangerously allergic to both, so that cuts out a lot in the categories I

mentioned. I do see the recipe for bean pancakes in BTVC, and I have seen the

recipe for chicken pancakes, and for macaroons without nut flour. Are there any

others? I'm not ready to introduce these things yet but I'd like to be ready

with recipes.
