I am having a problem with Cigna also. Dr. Rutledge faxed them the

request on 7/24 which they said they never received. I refaxed it to

them (and made sure every page went through) on 8/3. When I called

today they claim they never got it yet. They also told me if I fax

it instead of the Dr.'s office, they won't look at it.

I don't know what to do!
