You GET TO KNOW others! We all realize this is a VERY serious issue, considering many of us have allowed our bodies to be knocked unconscious and our insides redone. Why do you think the only way to learn is to do it by sitting somberly and reading technical mumbo-jumbo? We have all made friends here, and like it or not, friends are sarcastic. This is why we use it as SUPPORT. I myself would not come here for support if it was a bunch of anonymous people with personalities of thumbtacks. For your information gathering, Dr. R has a LOT of information on his web site at www.m-g-b, otherwise, we are here to HELP each other and Support each other. Lets keep doing it the way we have been Ladies! (And gentlemen!!!!) Believe me, when/if you have the surgery, you will be thrilled that this is not a " serious issue " forum, you will want to communicate with REAL people whoi have " been there, done that " . Good Luck to you. L.
