I am guessing that is an exclusion.

Part IV is probably things that are *covered,* not the excluded things,

so it wouldn't be surprising if you don't find obesity in the covered

part under Part IV.

Unless I'm not following along.

Sounds like an exclusion to me. You have an argument that it doesn't

specifically refer to " morbid obesity " but for the time and effort you

may have to expend to get them to see it your way, you can change

companies sooner and a lot cheaper. Just my 2 cents.
