Don't you have Medicare? I would call them and file a complaint against her.

Also tell them she refuses to send you to get your hip evaluated. You can also

talk to them about no other dr's be willing to take you on as a pt. They may be

able to call around and get you a new one. If I understand correctly they

cannot refuse to treat you if you have Medicare.

Have you talked with a social worker about reducing your income because they

will take the cost of medications into account and that should get you below the

income requirement.
