Thanks for those suggestions, Betty - I wonder if we could meet at a

church to start, so we could talk in some privacy, and then adjourn

to the restaurant? Any thoughts on that?

I would probably vote for #3 myself - since I'm only eating soup!

p.s. I know what you mean about meeting people on the Internet! But

I now know a dozen or so MGBers from my time in Durham, and it's

probably the safest group you could ever hope to be with.
