Guest guest
I have a brother and his wife coming at the end of this week. I think my son and his family will also be here. I would like to try making the cheese cake but would like to put a crust under it. Have any of you ever tried making a crust out of butter and nut flour like you would a gram cracker crust? Any suggestions? Sandy M.

Sure have and it's delicious. Here is the crust recipe: Nut Crust for Cheese Cake 1- 1/2 cups finely chopped nuts 1 tablespoon honey 2 tbsp. butter softened (unsweetened) Preheat oven to 400 deg. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend thoroughly. Press the mixture into the bottom and partly up the sides of a greased 9 inch baking pan or springform pan. Bake for about 6 minutes, or until the crust is a light golden brown. Cool before filling. > > Carol F.
