any band places on the west side of manhattan?

I just saw a pediatric neurosurgeon at NYU who recommended a band for

our 6 month old. He suggested Hanger on East 34th, but had other

places too; none too convenient for regular visits, though. He didn't

know of any places closer to me (upper west side). does anyone know of

any on the west side or closer? recommendations?

am also somewhat stressed about whether this is the right thing to do,

but that's really another question...
