Yogurt maker. Any recommendation?

Hi,

I'm getting ready to introduce yogurt.

Nervous about making it without a yogurt maker.

But am not prepared to spend too much since my very sinsitive daughter

might not even tolerate yogurt.

Any recommendation or suggestion?
