strange lump

Hi Everyone,

I can't decide whether to call the Dr. now or wait. Josh has a small

bean

size lump in his lower abdomen, just to the left of his hip bone. It is

about

the size of a small marble and it is tender with pressure. It is a firm

lump.

Last week he was complaining of pain in that area, and really just

general

achieness.

Should I give it the weekend or call the Dr. now? I hate bother the Dr.

if it

is nothing but then again I hate to let something go. He is not in

terrible

pain, more of a bothersome type of pain.

Thanks for all your advice.

Mom to Josh 9 wcf & Crohn's and 4 nocf but wants to do

therapy for

his brother.

I wouldn't call. I would just take him in and show it to the nurse at the desk

and tell them exactly what you told us. If it really needs to be seen, they'll

see you right away. If it isn't serious they'll set you an appointment. ;-)
