Guest guest
Lamb is a younger animal than a cow so lamb is easier to digest than beef and less " red, " as many are concerned about over consumption of red meat. Chicken and fowl are the easier to digest. Most supermarket meat contains hormones and anti-biotic and a cleaner source would be more desirable. Example: Whole Foods has quality meat, fish and poultry without these additives (if you choose wild caught fish, not farm raised) Properly handled and thoroughly cooked, fish is tender, easy to digest, and safe to eat.
