Guest guest
Your doctor did not discuss with you the decrease in the drug dosage, that seems odd. Well you have been seeing him for a while and he has done well so far, I'm sure he has a reason. I had placed myself on a reduction on the meds and it does get a little rough. I haven't had any demerol since monday, but have not had severe pain in well, 8 days now. The ultram is helping to take the edge off. Thursday afternoon was really tough, but I told myself I wasn't going to take any demerol. I was in a lot of pain but I cant do my job properly if my mind is clouded by drugs. I cant do that and be in my profession. Yesterday I came home and went to bed, felt a little better after my nap. Sounds like you and will have a lot of things to decide. The harbor boat sounds very nice, especially at sunset off the battery. That would be lovely. I have not been on one in years but have heard that some of the dinner tour boats are quite nice with fine dining. I would imagine that renting one of those, with the catering in house, entertainment in house, they may even that connentions with decorators and florist. That in itself might off set the cost of having to acquire each of those separately. Plus the guest list could not be an extremely due to space, which depending on how you look at it, could be good or bad. If you choose to go more elaborate, I would certainly and strongly recommend a professional planner or have some very close and reliable friends and family members that you can delegate task. It is a lot of work and the last thing you want is for it to wear you out so much that it is no longer fun, or make you ill. I dont think it is wrong for us to plan ahead for any contingency. Its like when we were getting our meds early the week before Christmas. We were not wanting to have problems, we just need to prepare. I think that is wise, either that or you and I were girlscouts for too many years. I can not believe how bone chilling cold is was today, the wind could have cut you like a knife. The beatiful cloudless blue sky behind the bright green of the old oaks kept beakoning me outside away from the warm dryer fresh fluffy towels I was folding on my bed. Bundled up in sweats covering hubby long johns and Lilly's little cap I stepped out to enbrace the sun. I was a very short embrace. Bundle up Heidi.
