I believe that 30 hours is the max. Its probably ok to still eat and will still

have some probiotic effect.

Someone's memory failed (my husband's) and the yogurt cooked for 29 1/4

hours. I cannot remember the upper limit. What will be the results of

this? Will it still be useful for its probiotic effects?

It will still have some good flora.
