tomato sauce

Hi,

I simmered the 's tomato juice for what seemed a long time, and

it did not really thicken up. Is there any secret to getting the

tomato juice to be more like sauce?

p.s. I used it anyway and made " pizza " with it on a chicken pancake. My

son was licking the sauce off, so I just put some in a bowl and he ate

it like soup! He's never eaten soup before. So for his next meal I

pureed some carrots and mixed it with the tomato juice, and he ate some

of that too. Just a thought for anyone looking for ways to sneak

veggies.
