Guest guest Posted February 22, 2002 Report Share Posted February 22, 2002 Well, I hope everyone had a great Friday. I sat here in the dark for 3 hours. LOL Our electricity went out. Rich went up to bed and went to sleep. I lit my kerosene lamps and the smell was making me sick. LOL So I light my candles and tried to find a flash light so i could read. Didn't have any batteries. My to phones are portable so they didn't work and my cell phone was dead. Boy I'm really prepared for a disaster. LOL Guess what I will be out buying tomorrow. LOL So it is now 12:30 am and I am trying my best to wait up for to get home from work at 2am. The weather is terrible and she is driving about 20 miles and she is sick again. Boy moms never stop worrying Huh. I'm glad tonight is her last night on nights. Her externship will be done and hopefully they will hire her on for days. She is going to work as a MA for a year and then go on to get her RN. Poor thing has been working full time going to school full time and now working 2 jobs full time. I think she need a rest. Now if I can just get to WORK!!! LOL sorry for rambling, just trying to stay awake. Hope you all have a wonderful Weekend and if you don't hear from me, you will know my electricity is out.
