Thank you for your warm wishes. I am glad to hear that you are doing

better. I think I answered most of your questions in my previous

post, so I'll save space and time and not repeat it here. I hope

things continue to go well for you, and you won't require surgery. I

hope it is a comfort to know that there are other treatment options

should you need them.
